This month is Breast cancer* Awareness Month. I’d like to remind you, if you haven’t already, to give yourself your monthly self examination and please schedule your annual mammogram. Regular self examination in conjunction with annual screening is the best defense for early detection.

Also, minimize the risk by living a healthy lifestyle. Exercise and meditate regularly, cut out processed foods, sugar, high fat foods, and, limit alcohol intake.
